Why Telemedicine?
Telemedicine gives you access to black doctors who are licensed in the state you live.
How much does Culture Care cost?
For 20 uninterrupted minutes with a doctor, you pay $50. We allow you to choose how long you want to talk to your physician and that determines the price, so that you do not feel limited to traditional appointment times.
Where do you find your doctors?
We use a referral system where our black doctors are recruited through their professional relationships to our co-founders or other doctors within our network. In order to become a Culture Care physician, one must demonstrate commitment to the eradication of health disparities and exercise compassion with their care.
How do I provide or update my billing information?
You will be prompted to enter your billing information if a fee is due upon scheduling your visit. You can always update your billing information for each appointment.
